Process Steps

9.1 Select A from the title workdesk.

9.2 Check that the date the KR Application was created appears in the title sheet update and first registration fields.

9.3 Check that the real right field is Ownership.

9.4 Check that the Cadastral Unit field has been completed. The cadastral unit number will be the title number of the subjects.

9.5 If the hectarage of the plot is noted on the Instruction Card as being 0.5 hectare or greater than 0.5 hectare, add the measurement to both the Hectare field and the property description. (The number should be rounded up or down to one decimal place in the Hectare field, and to two decimal places in the property description). 

9.6 Check the address details are correct and ensure they match the red edge shown on your cadastral map. (Note: Whenever possible, the address should be linked to a gazetteer entry.)

9.6.1 Click Details and amend Prefix to include cadastral unit number.

9.7 Check that the following note has been imported:

Note: This title was created by Keeper-induced registration.

9.8 Check details and click Close.

9.9 Click Apply on the title workdesk.
