Plans Information Paper 1/2011: Natural Water Boundaries - New guidelines on Exclusion of Indemnity note

Differences in practice have come to light regarding whether Plans Staff should add the exclusion of indemnity note in the A Property Section for a Natural Water Boundary. Agreement has been reached by both Plans and Legal that Plans Staff will utilise the existing exclusion notes (EX3 and EX4 on the existing drop down menu on the "A Section Notes") detailing the specific terms of the boundary.

The requirement for and terms of the exclusion note itself will remain the Legal Officer's responsibility.

The Plans Manual Sections 8.2.29.3 and 4 has been amended accordingly

Minor amendments have been made to the Legal Manual Sections 18.19 and 18.20 accordingly.
