NOTICE (in terms of s.27 of the Abolition of Feudal Tenure etc (Scotland) Act 2000), by NATIONAL TRUST FOR SCOTLAND FOR PLACES OF HISTORIC INTEREST/NATURAL BEAUTY, Superior of subjects 13/14 THE SQUARE, STUARTFIELD, PETERHEAD prospectively preserving the right to enforce real burdens contained in Feu Disp. by National Trust for Scotland for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty to Neil Carnie recorded 20 Jul. 1981 as a conservation burden (containing counter obligations as thereinmentioned). Dated 15 Nov. 2004.
