S3.1.5 Receivers and Liquidators
Receivers and Liquidators should be minuted as they appear in the deed. This may occur in a variety of forms, e.g.
DISP. by ?p?nPILLSON PLC?z, with consent of Liquidator/Receiver thereof.
DISP. by ?p?nPILLSON PLC?z and Liquidator/Receiver thereof.
On no account should the Liquidator or Receiver be named in the minute.
