S9.10 Writs by Statutory Successors

Where a writ is granted by a party who is stated to be the statutory successor to another party and the writ also contains a deduction of title, the deduction is minuted in preference. If the writ contains no deduction, the phrase “statutory successor to” (or as the case may be) is minuted.
