The following list shows the order in which items should be minuted, but only if the said items appear in the writ.
- Extent of subjects
- Plan number
- House (but only if identified by name or street number)
- Boundaries (minute all 1st and 2nd class boundaries)
- Pertinents
- Major subjects
- Reference
- Execution Date(s)
- External and Value Information.
