If the best possible description of the subjects disponed is a development name which includes a named street, e.g. “Plot 20, Smith Road Development, Dundee”, it should be minuted as:
“Plot 20 SMITH ROAD DEVELOPMENT, DUNDEE”
A development name such as The Smithy, Finglassie V etc. should not be minuted.
