1.4 Entries returned by the ROI search

 

 

 

Plans vet

 

The Report will be checked for: 

 

2.1 Extent over which the report is sought

 

2.2 Quality/suitability of information provided

 

2.3 Index search

 

2.4 Correct answer

 

 

 

Once satisfied that the report is correct, the verifier will countersign the report and update the log details.
