CONSERVATION ORDER (cited as Firth of Forth Nature Conservation Order 2006) by SCOTTISH MINISTERS (in terms of Section 23 of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004) - WHEREBY said Ministers hereby (1.) MAKE the following Order for the purposes of conservation of water birds and natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora over the following sites as thereinmentioned, viz; - inter alia (IV.) ground, forming the Foreshore between FORTH RAILWAY BRIDGE and GRANTON POINT, pink on plan 3 and (V.) ground, forming the Foreshore between SEAFIELD SEWAGE WORKS and eastern end of ASH LAGOONS, MUSSELBURGH, pink on Plan 4 and (2.) REVOKE the Firth of Forth Special Nature Conservation Order 2003 (recorded 3 Apr. 2003). Dated 18 Oct. 2006.
