BACK LETTER by BRADFORD AND BINGLEY PLC, - PROVIDING that (I) Standard Security by FRANCIS GERARD MCATEE and HELEN CATHERINE CAMPBELL OR MCATEE, spouses, formerly 3 Chestnut Road, now 30 Greenan Road, Ayr (recorded 24 Mar. 1999) to BRADFORD AND BINGLEY BUILDING SOCIETY, from whom said Bradford and Bingley Plc acquired right, shall not exceed £75,000 and (II) that no part of principal secured by the aforementioned Standard Security shall be exigible from DEREK ANDREW MICKEL, 126 West Regent Street, Glasgow.
