S2.11 Rubrics

The definition of a Rubric is a “guiding rule”. The traditional use of the rubric was to give the Search Sheet Enterers instructions on entering their minutes, i.e. What Search Sheet to enter their minute on, the Book and Folio and any special instructions. However, with the introduction of Computerised Search Sheets this use is no longer necessary.

Drafters will continue to use “Rubrics” to assist them to note down information that will be useful when completing their minutes.
