1.10 Multiple Addresses
The gazetteer should be used to index as many of the individual addresses as possible. By indexing in this manner, each individual address can be searched against.
In the property section of the title sheet, any duplication in the address fields will be automatically removed and the format of the property section is made more readable.
Hints and Tips
If there are multiple pro indiviso shares in single or multiple properties (for example, "12 Lodeneia Park, Dalkeith EH22 2EC to the extent of a one half pro indiviso share...", this information should not be added to the link text, suffix or any other part of the address field; instead it should be added to the additional Information field in the application workdesk. If the pro indiviso share is over the whole property, the legal settler will enter this in the proprietorship section of the title sheet.
