(1) The Search Sheet number and the County are displayed at the top of the page.

(2) Burden References – The burden references are deeds with prior recording dates that have some bearing on the subjects of search. They are likely to refer to any conditions or restrictions as to the use of the property, e.g. that alcohol may not be sold on the premises.

(3) Subjects of Search – the description of the property.

(4) From information – a note of the Search Sheet number of the subjects that form the major area for the subjects of search.

(5) Minutes – Minutes appear in chronological and numerical order. Each Minute is a précis of a recorded deed that affects the subjects of search.
