CDQC1	Template	Has the results email been uploaded to Salesforce? Has the correct email response template been used?
CDQC2	Reference	Has the correct CSN number and subjects been entered in the subject of the email? Has the correct CSN number been entered at the top of the email response?
CDQC3	Name matches	Does the name match to that in the customer request? Has the correct naming convention been used after "Dear…" (i.e. "Dear Sir" or "Dear Madam", or for "John Smith" - "Dear John" or "Dear Mr Smith")?
CDQC4	Style and Format	Is the format of the letter acceptable and consistent with the Writing style guide? • Correct spelling • Is all the information grammatically correct? • Correct spacing • Consistent font style and size throughout • No inappropriate use of capital letters, bold or italics • No inappropriate abbreviations (e.g. disp, st. sec, disch)?
CDQC5	Attached documents	Have the correct Search Sheets/Title Sheets/Deeds been attached? Does any relating Search Sheet/Title Sheet/Deed information in the email match the information in the attachment?
CDQC6	Invoice	Has an invoice been attached to the response email (if required and unless otherwise stated)? Is the correct invoice attached? Has the correct fee been charged? Has the correct FAS no. been used in the invoice?
CDQC7	Links	Do all the Links contained in the body of the email take you to the appropriate pages?
CDQC8	SCOTLIS Link	Does the ScotLis link take you to the correct Title number page?
CDQC9	Searcher's signature	Does the signature contain the Searcher's name and "Property Information Team" at the bottom of the response email?
