Is the format of the letter acceptable and consistent with the Writing style guide?
• Correct spelling
• Is all the information grammatically correct?
• Correct spacing
• Consistent font style and size throughout
• No inappropriate use of capital letters, bold or italics
• No inappropriate abbreviations (e.g. disp, st. sec, disch)?
