Does the address and description of the flatted subjects quoted in the Property section reflect the description in the application and that shown on the cadastral map/supplementary data to the title sheet?

Does the description of the flat's location within the tenement (e.g. eastmost, first floor flat) reflect the description within the application and meet the essential criteria for descriptions of flats?

If the size of the tenement steading cadastral unit is equal to or over 0.5 hectare, has this been reflected in the property description?

Use the Mapping Tenements properties guidance and flow charts to establish which process should be followed.

Title sheet references

Are all references shown on the cadastral map/supplementary data to the title sheet referred to in the title sheet? Have all Sharing/Shared plot notes been added to LRS?
Have all plans references in the title sheet been reflected on the cadastral map/supplementary data to the title sheet?

PLANS FAILS ONLY. If legal is responsible for the fail, fail should be applied to LQC21 on Legal QA tab.

Check that all plans references have been identified in the title sheet.
If supplementary data to the title sheet has been created, is the supplementary data referred to in the title sheet?

Check that all supporting documents used to support mapping, and that improve upon information already held by the Keeper, have been added to archive.

Are all references shown on the cadastral map/supplementary data to the title sheet referred to in the title sheet? Have all Sharing/Shared plot notes been added to LRS?

Check that all plans references have been identified in the title sheet.
If supplementary data to the title sheet has been created, is the supplementary data referred to in the title sheet?
Confirm that this is a Legal Settle error. If error due to incorrect plans N&I fail for AQC4.
