• If any deeds recorded between search date on application form and the registration date - ‘[Deed type] recorded [date] on [CSS number]’ should be entered for each applicable deed.
• If the application form indicates that no heritable security search was carried out -  ‘No search completed. Examine [search sheet number(s)].' should be entered.
