RSQC3 | Name matches | Does the name match to that in the customer request? Has the correct naming convention been used after "Dear…" (i.e. "Dear Sir" or "Dear Madam", or for "John Smith" - "Dear John" or "Dear Mr Smith")? |
RSQC4 | Style and Format | Is the format of the letter acceptable and consistent with the Writing style guide? • Correct spelling • Is all the information grammatically correct? • Correct spacing • Consistent font style and size throughout • No inappropriate use of capital letters, bold or italics • No inappropriate abbreviations (e.g. disp, st. sec, disch)? |
